Wilton Vices

The guy who fixes my broken tools gave me this Vice today. I did a search on Wilton Vises and came up shy of this model. Its very heavy so I know its not the one amazon sells. It seems like a nice vise and Id like to get a manual for it. Its seen some wear but seems to operate fine. Anyone know of any sites or info on these
