Webster FL Flea market

Hi all I was just sitting hear wondering if anyone has made it to the Webster Flea market. The market Is about an hour north of Tampa and maybe an hour and a half west of Orlando. I thinks it's about 30/40 minutes from my house. Supposedly the largest in the state.

Anyway I have been told that it is a good place to find tools. It is a monday Market. I am planning on going up there on this coming Monday And thought I would see of anyone has heard of it, been there, or might be interested in hearing about it.

If it turns out to be good I will be sure to report back.

I made it out to the flea market this morning and there were tools and deals to be had. I ended up picking up what i think were some good buys as well as things that mostly I have been wanting to find.

A Russel & Erwin 6" brace $10
An Eclipse #4 auger $1
A Millers Falls Adjustable auger and a Disston Bevel gauge $20
A Hatchet "Genuine" is all I can make out of the stamp offset blade $8 it has my sisters initials carved in the handle so she insisted we get it.

There was a lot of other stuff ranging from junk to overpriced but nice.
I passed on a mostly complete #45 because the skate just in front of the iron was broken and filed back. I had the guy down to $75 and it had about 10 irons with it. He also had a #46 but had $400 on it so I didn't even ask. Lots of anvils

Apparently there are more people that will be arriving and setting up next week or in a couple weeks with more tools, so I will have to make a few more trips out there to see. all in all I am happy, especially with the brace. Many prices were high but everyone was quick to come down in price as soon as interest was shown.

COOL, nice find. I like the hatchet, seem like a solid tool. Pretty nice brace too.

If your ever near daytona on wedendays you can find some good deals at the deland farmermarket. I bought a 45 with 5 irons in real good shape about a month ago for 35 bucks I couldn't belive it, lastweek I got a shipwright's adze for 5 buck's guy said is was an old garden hoe lol. some stuff is over priced but still good deals to be had .Jason
