A month or so ago I posted this picture and submitting it into an art compitition. Well I got word today that the jury liked this HF and it will be displayed after the first of the year. I have gotten into a couple other galleries before, but when I read the names of some of the others accepted, I was quite humbled to be in the same gallery with some great turners. I won't name anybody's name, but I know a couple of the them from this and other forums, among other places on the web. They do spectacular work. I'm sure my work won't stack up this these guys, but it feels good to know my piece will be on display next to theirs.

Congratulations, Michael. Is there a way for someone to search for the competition so we can see the other entries?

Michael, I remember this piece, and your acceptance is well deserved! Being in good company is a plus, too. Is this just an exhibition, or are the pieces for sale?

Robert, I don't think anything is posted yet. At least I didn't find anything. If/when something is posted by the gallery, I will be sure to mention it.

Actually its both, they are for sale and will be on exhibit for a couple weeks in April. I forget what price tag I put on it but I think it was right
