I am looking for a set of casters, the kind that are on those rolling step stools in libraries. Where you step on them, and the weight makes little feet hit the ground, so you don't go rolling away?

I have no idea what the proper name for those are, and "squishy rolly feet" is doing me no good as a search term! :D

Try Googling for "spring-loaded caster". These appear to be what you're looking for. I saw a set of four on Amazon for about $18, and links to rolling step stools like libraries use.

You can possibly find those at Grainger and MSC also.

Rocklers tends to carry a few odd things that you can't find anywhere else...
