Getting on the "list"

I was wondering how one gets on the list to borrow dvd's. I would be interested in acquiring the following two for viewing

Richard Raffan - "Turning Wood" and "Turning Projects"
Grumbine - "Turned Bowls Made Easy" and "Beyond the Basic Bowl"
