Picked this up a couple of days ago and noticed that it fit my SS pretty well. It can be attached to the SS splitter using the original holes, but I found that drilling a 3/8 hole as shown put the guard in a better position. Some of you will recognize this as a Felder or Hammer guard. Surprisingly, one can be had for $56. I just couldn't bring myself to buy the SS version, Knowing how these things inevitably get chewed up in a production setting.
