delta rockwell mod.60-050 wheel replc??

If anyone has ever had to replace the tires on this unit, I would love to hear how they went about it, this would sure help me out, as I jsut got one and the wheels are poor,
Incidently this is a 1inch belt sander with 3 wheels...thanks for any info in advance..:)
