table lamp in spruce

Hello everyone, I made this lamp with a piece of trunk, it was only a test of style because as you know the tree is not very easy to refine because of pockets full of resin, but the result seems nice, shame that I was able to return to a uniform thickness, the finish is primer white with water, passed on from 1000 to abrasive bees wax / carnauba polished with paper towels ... sorry for my bad english ..
