Another Old Saw

I inherited a lot of old saws and saw plates without handles from a friend. This is one that I recently found a handle that was a decent fit. It is filed cross cut at 7 ppi.

The handle isn't in the greatest shape, but it will do for now.

Sorry about the delay in answering.

This plate was actually pretty clean and only needed a touch or two with some steel wool.

The blade looks like it may have been blued at one time.

I did have to drill some holes and do a little filing on others to fit the handle.
