Never have use it or thought on using it until today.I'm spraying oil base paint, since it takes all day to dry and give every speck of dust within a mile of my projects a chance to fine it would this be a good situration for Japan Dryer? If so about how much would you use for a qt of paint? What problems will this create if use alittle to much?Just a though while I'm waiting on the paint to dry-----Carroll:mad:

Be careful using a drier additive. Using too much will cause the finish to not dry at all.

With todays, reformulated oil based finishes I would not use an additive unless I checked with the manufacturer. After all, the manufacturer wants the finish to work right so they optimize any additives in their own manufacturering process. Changing the mixture may not only create more VOC's but also may negatively affect the performance.
