This Rockler item seems like it would do a great job of sign making for $40. Anyone have any experience with it?

Ron......I just spent most of the afternoon unpacking and getting acquainted with mine. The router bit they send you is to short for my router(PC 690). Once I got it set up to make a sign the router bit started coming out of the collet because I tried to extend it and in order to touch the wood I couldn't put it very far in the collet. I switched to a straight bit which was longer. Then I noticed that the frame that holds the letters flexed, not up and down but top to bottom. Bottom line, its going back. Rod in Appleton, WA
