Hi, all,

I'll visit Boston, MA, USA next week, and I'd like to bring back some sharp metal in the (checked) luggage.

Does anyone know any good stores in the Boston/Cambridge area? Or antique stores that may have good tools?

Thanks!

Federico

Can't help on your question*, but I'm sure glad to see you getting a trip to somewhere that you can stock up, considering the shortage of good suppliers near you at home.

*I'm 3,000 miles away from Boston; just don't spend a lot of time browsing stores there.

137 miles away, about 2 1/2 hours by car is Waterbury Ct, Brass City and Walt Q http://brasscityrecords.com/toolworks/new%20tools.html. (http://brasscityrecords.com/toolworks/new%20tools.html)

If you have a car and a free day, this trip will send you to heaven. Walt has the absolute BEST collection of tools on the face of the earth, all at very reasonable prices (http://brasscityrecords.com/toolworks/new%20tools.html)
