vacuum pump

I am looking at a siemens vacuum pump that is new for $100. My question
is will this pump work for a vacuum sys or is it the wrong type?

Byron - without a model number or some specs on the pump, there is no way for me to know if it will work or not.

You can open you options some by also looking for a Gast 522 or 523 vacuum pump. Also I had good luck with this guy:
kaelrad@yahoo.com his name is Kurt Elrad, he's seems like a nice guy. He runs a surplus business. I have no connection with him. But if you don't like it, he will pay to ship it back to himself.
