I happened across a new book in the library last week:

"Makers - a History of American Studio Craft" by Janet Koplos and Bruce Metcalf.

While not specific to WW, several prominent 20th century woodworkers are featured - Stickley, Green and Green, Frid, Maloof, Krenov to name a few. There is no technical information but, IMO, a very well produced book that treats the whole craft movement with respect. I particularly enjoyed the sections on ceramic arts - a side interest of mine as a small collector.

The book is sold on Amazon but the price is fairly steep. For casual interest, you can't beat the library. :D
