Need help from fellow creekers in Chicago area

I need to make a simple ramp (5.5" high and 4 feet long) and for that need to make 3 taper cuts in 3 pieces of 4 feet long 2x6.
If I were not a few thousands miles away from my shop I could do it but here in Chicago I don't have any shop and very little tools.

If there is a fellow creeker in Chicago who can help me make these cuts that would help me a lot. I could bring the pieces over the weekend or so.
