The Rangers finally finished off their nemesis, the NY Yankees! A really neat celebration at the Ballpark In Arlington tonight. No, I didn't go, but I was glued to the TV. Now to see who wins the NL pennant. Can't wait for the World Series.
The World Series and the Super Bowl will both play in Arlington. At least a Texas team will be in one of them! Jim.

Nolan Ryan almost always flat out wailed on the Indians,,,but,,he's one of my favorite all time BB players.
I was happy to see him return to the AL when he signed w/the Rangers.

The guy was (& probably still is) an awesome pitching machine.
