How come the guy doesn't bite down on the potatoe chip? Also notice that he doesn't eat the marked cookie, the video stops at the moment he is going to bite the cookie and then starts up again after the "switched" cookie is in his mouth.

Watched the first video... Looks like he's put cling film over his vector grid, I'm pretty sure its not a good idea to mix burned plastic with food. Also the design is not really optimal for baking, as it has a lot of narrow portions where the dough will heat faster than the thick areas and possibly burn.
