Just wondering if anyone else is planning to attend. My rich buddy and I plan to be there Friday, the 29th.

Maybe. I went last year and was somewhat underwhelmed by it. :( Money is tight this year anyway so I don't know if I will even bother.

Not me.The last show i went to was at the pomona fair grounds.Didnt really see anything new or i could live with out.
I would like to share with you about the village venture happening here in my home town claremont.Kicks off this saturday.Claremont village will be closed off lots of different arts and crafts.Several wood workers were there last year.Next year i hope to participate.Hopefully it wont be raining.

I've been increasingly dissapointed with the shows the past few years. The are getting smaller and smaller each year.

Tools-R-Us will have a booth there, which you might find interesting. I understand they will have many of the same items, at the same prices as they did at their annual sale last weekend.
I picked up a Makita MAC2400 for $229, at least $70 less than the lowest prices I had seen anywhere.
I bought a Bosch 1617EVS Router for $148, at least $30 less than the lowest prices.
They had the 52"/3HP Unisaw at 25% off, $2488.

I usually go there for great deals, but this year I don't need any anything.
