Pretty stoked with this one. I have been playing with the ceramic for some time and finally think I have a design that works well. It plays great and looks pretty good as well

More of that Mahogany 3.42 " Ceramic over glass finished with 5 coats of MAO and a wax and buff

And a few out of cherry, slate and aluminum both over glass. The inlay is the shavings from the spectra-ply buck grunt

BTW John....our archery season starts tomorrow. It will probably take the rut to kick in before the big ones here show themselves, but i got this one on film last night

They're all good looking, but that mahogany piece is a show stealer!

Ken, +1 on the mahogany - really sharp!! The rest are nice, too. Nice buck, as well. Should he make it another year or so, he should be very nice!

That mahogany has a great grain and color. A friend just got one of those motion detector cameras. Said its hard to believe how much is going on out there at night!

Around here.....its lucky he made it this far. Poaching is HORRIBLE!!!

Baxter, its so much fun setting them and using them. A friend of mine had set some out as security. It caught his nephew on film with a gas can in his hand. His garage was torched and it the images were used to convict him! It also caught his ex wife sneaking onto the property LOL!
