Hopefully the customer service will be there and parts readily available. They said once setup that parts would be sent the next day.

I note that the "new" service is 6 days a week, 10 hours a day. Rather then 5 days and 4 hours. That alone might help

The club's NOVA died last summer, despite talking to Tim and trying to get a speedy repair done, it took weeks to replace an IC on the main board. It meant we had to sub one demo for another and have a demo on coring be just a talk on how it's done..

Reading through the "Market Speech" in the e-mail it was clear to me that while Tim's service was OK, Teknatool felt they needed stronger service support.

After two attempted contacts, Tim never returned my calls for help.

I went somewhere else to get the help I needed.

Tim always got back to me, eventually.

I expect that Teknatool decided that they needed a level of service that Tim was unable to provide.

If Teknatool needs 'stronger' Customer support, I would like to see them start with their Web Page. Facebook is a nice 'friendly' selling tool, but it lacks any meat. The DVR XP has only links for the DVR3000 (no longer made).
I know times are tight, but the XP has been out for years. The site should always be up to date.
