I am looking to build a new shop, 25 x 40 or something close to that size.
I am curious as to the pros and cons of pole vs.steel framing, both with similar steel siding. Electrics and insulation should be close to the same for either. Ads for either type of basic shell with slab is seems fairly cheap, something less then 20K. Steel being higher than pole. My budget could be as high as 50K for finished project but would like to beat that, if possible. I might just be dreaming too.
