Woodworking at Home DVD???

I recieved my second issue of the Woodworking at Home DVD magazine this weekend. Dick Sing was making a small ball. I thought he did a great job of explaining and showing how to make a ball without talking down to me. I did wonder a little about his finishing techingue. Do any of you protect yourself from finish being absorbed through the skin?

I was wondering if anyone else had recieved this issues and had a chance to watch any of it.

I got the second DVD this week, too.

I enjoy watching them just as I enjoy watching Norm Abram--though I'm enough of a hand tool guy to keep thinking about how I'd do one step or another with a hand plane or backsaw or whatever.
