Before I go nuts, I recently read an article on making a turret for storing lathe chisels. It used PVC pipe. Does anyone know what it was in?

Close, but not it. It was kind of like a wedding cake with tiers of PVC pipe. The jig they cut the pipe with, is what I'm after. After rolling a round turning blank and it exploding the blade on my band saw, I'm all for jigs for round stuff.:o
