Just started having problems with Corel X5 and windows 7. Not sure if it was a windows 7 update or not. If i remember correctly it originally installed in Program Files but now it's in Program Files (x86) and acting like a 32bit application. Any ideas? Maybe i will uninstall and reinstall but I was curious if anyone else has this problem or may have something to check. Windows 7 updated yesterday and that’s the only thing that changed. I checked its properties and it is not running in compatibility mode.
Thanks

Well I reinstalled and all is good now. Wish I knew what happened. It installed in the x86 program file directory, i thought the program file (X86) directory was only for 32bit apps:confused:

Well, actually, Corel X5 IS a 32 bit application.

Hi Ruben

Thanks, somehow i had it my head it was a 64 bit application or at least a 64 bit capable, this explains a lot.
