D-8 before my Dah.

Here is a pic of the D-8 im rehabing before I had the big dah. if you look at the pic close you can see the screw next to the inside of the handle on the bottem is lose ack. lost errrr. Any way you cant really notice much change in the shape but i made it so it fits my hand alot better and did the lambs tounge. This was done before Marv gave me instuction so..... I left some slight stain and scraches to help keep it looking aged. I finshed it with 6 coats of teak oil I like the feel of it it feels silky and soft. I considered Qualisole but think the oil has a much better feel. I hope I can come up with a new piece of hardware for it. ack.:(
