Wife wants lift top coffee table

Wife wants a lift top coffee table. and I may get new tool. Where is the best place to buy the lift mechanism.

Looks to me to be the same mechanism at both stores but the Lee Valley item is 30 bucks cheaper.

I built this coffee table for my Son 4 or 5 years ago. Makes a nice TV tray or temorary desk.
