I've mentioned in the past that I do production laser cutting for a display/POP manufacturer. This is easy, repetitive work that helps pay the bills. On this particular job, I'm given the white acrylic already cut to size. All I do is cut the holes. The job was originally done on a CNC and then flame polished. I "presented" them with a better way to do it. Actually I came in cheaper with less post production work or required fixturing.
