Hello everyone,

I have been working on my Kitchen island the last little bit. When milling the rail and stiles, I was getting a significant amount of tearout on the curly cherry I am using. I decided to try climb cutting with a power feeder on the router table. It worked perfectly, no tear out. The only problem was I had to take a couple of passes because of chip clearing. On long boards, the chips jammed between the workpiece and the fence (even with 2hp of suction), forcing the workpiece away from the fence. Clearing the chips from the groove and taking a second pass fixed the problem.

Take a look at the video,

Thanks for looking,

It's nice to see someone that doesn't have a spotless shop. What model is the power feeder. How narrow of a piece of wood could you use with it?
