Hello,
I am starting my kitchen cabinet project with the upper corner cabinet. I am not sure of the best way to apply the face frame to the box. It is a standare 24" wide corner cab with the 17" face. I would prefer to put a dado on the face frame as I have seen on some commercial units but I don't know how to put the dado an an angle. I do have a router, a plate joiner and a pocket screw jig. I don't have a dado set for my table saw but I would purchase a set if that can be used to cut an dado at a 45 degree angle. If I don's use an angled dado I would have an angle on the edge of the box sides. Any advice on your methods of doing this would be much appreciated.
