Hello....I am new to this forum & will be retiring at the end of this year. Soooo I am looking for some Whirligig Ideas to work on. I am just starting my woodworking career & dont have a shop or a lot of tools......Yet!
I did as quick search on this forum & found a couple from a few years ago. Does anyone have any suggestions on where to find patterns, the tools that I might need or tips on making them?
Thanks for your help! RK

Go to Amazon and search whirlygigs to find book titles.
Then, go to your local library to borrow a copy.
Please post pictures when you finish one!

OK, I learned something today. Had no idea what a whirlygig was. Look fun!

You bring back some memories, whirligigs are great fun and easy to build. I have built a few over the years and they make great, fun projects. They also make great projects to include the kids and grandkids.
