View Full Version : Ball-bearing slide grease

I have a full-extension ball-bearing drawer slide (Accuride-type) that got some debris in it and I had to wash it out with WD-40.

I would like to re-lube it with the vaseline type grease that was originally in it. WD-40 and silicone sprays, etc. don't do the job because the slide stays kind of loose and rattles.

Anybody know of a good replacement grease for this?

Thanks, Roger

White lithium grease is generally what is used for stuff like that.

If you want a decent, "hidden" grease that is also food contact rated around kitchens, then get silicone grease, available at many auto parts stores. Not as noticeable as other greases due to its fairly clear color.
White Lithium is also good.
