LOL, that's funny... amazing what they can do with a little video editing software ;)

Taking a close look makes it appear as if sparks are flying (on wood?!), which makes me think if it wasn't video editing they used some type of shape charge... but the video editing is more likely.

There is no saw dust being pitched up in the normal speed replay.
Nice illusion though.

..and a very cool trick of the eye if is not real.

Maybe its balsa. :)
