Vacuum chuck or Axminster

Does the Vacuum chucking system eliminate the need for an Axminster for off-center turning? thanks rob

I've not tried off-center turning with my vacuum chuck, but I'm not sure I'd trust with anything but the lightest pieces. I've also not used the Axminster eccentric chuck, but I think one of the other advantages it offers is repeatability. Being able to get back to a previous setting seems like it would be handy.
