The primary rule is:

You must have physically visited the location, lived there, or are living there.

I'll start with 5:

Lick Skillet, AL
Flea Hop, AL
Slapout, AL
Pickles Gap, AR
Toad Suck, AR

Now...I've never visited this place, but I will next year just so I can say that I've been there:
Rooster Poot, AR

OK...I'm done for now. :D

There's a whole list of them in amish country in PA. I'm surprised only one of them has come up.

Edit: Might as well add the whole list. If you trawl around through central pa, you'll get through them sooner or later, but they're a little less exciting than they sound:

bird in hand, pa
intercourse, pa
paradise, pa
blue ball, pa

And in different parts:
climax, pa
jersey shore, pa

jersey shore gets a mention because it's in the middle of nowhere and I don't know where the shore is.

When I was in college, I headed east on I-80 and saw signs for jersey shore not too far away in terms of miles, and thought that I was in a time warp or something.

There's a road here named "ZigZag Road". For anyone who grew up in the '60's that name always brings back certain memories.

Scarce Grease, AL.
Brilliant, AL.
Frog Pond, AL.
Shanghai, AL.
Leggtown, AL.

What is bad that is that I have been through each of these towns, some of which are mere specks on a map. What is worse is that three of them are in the western part of the county that I live in.

Toad Suck Park in Conway, Arkansas. My brother took a teaching position there. When they went down from Indiana house hunting, their teenage daughter had them take a picture of her standing next to the sign and told all her friends: "look at where my parents are going to make me live!!!" They eventually bought a house on Pickles Gap Road.

Show Low, AZ.

Story is that in the old West it was one of those "this town ain't big enough for the two of us" things. They decided to cut cards and low card got to stay. So they played Show Low and Deuce of Diamonds was the winner which is the name of the main street through town.

Yes, the name is "Saint-Louis-Du-Ha! Ha!". It's in Quebec, on the way to New Brunswick. (not actually my photo, sorry, I grabbed it off wikipedia.)

I grew up in an unincorporated area called El Sobrante, CA.

It means the left over or the waste. Funny thing was in the early 1960s some people who did not know this opened a restaurant there and called it Casa del Sobrante or house of the leftovers. They did not last a long time.

Here is a Google map shot.

160792

For the main drag, most people drop the San Pablo from the name.

Of course, people tend to call it "T or C".

Do you know how TorC got its name?

Back in 1950, when Ralph Edwards had the television show, he announced that he would air the program from the first town that renamed itself after the show. Hot Springs, NM, won the honor. Edwards visited the town during the first weekend of May for the next fifty years. This event was called "Fiesta" and included a beauty contest, a parade, and a stage show. The city still celebrates Fiesta each year on the first weekend of May. The parade generally features area celebrities such as the Hatch Chile Queen. Fiesta also features a dance in Ralph Edwards Park. (Thanks, Wikipedia).

The town still has hot springs, and bills itself as a "spa town" and a resort--it's on the banks of Elephant Butte Lake, formed by damming the Rio Grande.
