Does anybody recognize this saw? [Images available at original posting -- http://www.sawmillcreek.org/showthread.php?t=147636]

At first I thought it was a hacksaw, but if you look at the teeth, there's no way they're suitable for cutting metal. Maybe it's a meat cutting saw? Tree limb cutting?

It is a very unusual saw and since it was only about a $1, I grabbed it for a souvenir. If anyone knows what it is, I'd appreciate it for curiosities sake.

I am pretty sure that it is a saw for cutting frozen food. You know frozen Swanson, Green Giant, etc. I have seen them with plastic handles.

Deane is probably correct.

My first thought is it is one of those saws that comes in a kids toy tool set.

At first I thought cheap camp saw, but the teeth are not for green wood. Rake is like a rip saw or for fast cut of something not too hard. I will go with Dean on this too.
Another posibility is just a gimick saw to sell to the unknowing public cheap.

If I remember correctly, they were sold years ago to cut up frozen food in the home.

There is one very similar on Lee Valley's Catalog cover. They would probably know.
