Cabinet shelves finish

I think this has been asked before but I can't find the thread.

Which is best for finishing the shelves in kitchen cabinets,Target EM6000
or EM9000?
I forgot to mention they are birch ply.

EM9000 is a much more durable finish than the EM6000.

That said I finish a lot of stuff with the EM6000 or the previous versions and it is very good stuff. I would feel perfectly adequate in using either one on shelving and not thinking about it again.

Thanks for that post. I have some of each but they each have a slightly different tint on bare wood so i won't use them interchangebly.
