Here are a couple of boards I made for our Craft Show. One is a Walnut Bread Board with a removable maple cutting tray and small dish for dipping oil.
The second is a cheese and cracker board. Walnut Cheese cutting surface (and trim) with sycamore underlay base.
The walnut and sycamore are from a fellow creeker neighbor, Danny! Its amazing what you can find mixed in some #3 split, warped, cracked rough sawn wood sometimes :D (it may be hard to see, but the walnut grain is simply amazing, almost a tiger stripe pattern)
