I am making brailletac signs with Vision 1624 rotary engraver. Anyone else here using this machine or one like it? Just looking for tips and tricks; best x and y feed rate, rpm's, bits you use for the raised letters, and whatever makes for easiest clean up. Had machine about a month, so still learning mostly by trial and error. Thanks.

Welcome to SMC.
I believe there are some owners of Vision equipment on the forum but I'd give Visions tech support a call first.

Henry,
Check out the Vision Engraving web site. They have an excellent video of the ADA/Braile cutting process that will answer most of your questions.
I can put you in touch with someone who owns my old 1624, he has a lot more experience with rotary machines than I have. Send me a PM.
