A couple of years ago I turned a Christmas ornament out of Red Willow. I really liked how this turned and looked finished pictures didn't survive. I would like to get some more of this and have no idea where to look. Anybody have an idea.

A quick Google check shows that it does exist. Described as a small tree or large shrub it grows by river banks and the bark is red in winter. I have no idea how you will be able to find wood of that particular variety. "Got Wood" has weeping willow which might be close in appearance to the wood you want.

Thanks Harvey I did a google search too, was a little disappointed that I hadn't found where I could get it.
