So hear is my thinking: The steel city version offers a 3hp motor on there granite saw and apparently the r4511 is a steel city saw with ridgid branding and a crap fence and smaller motor. So would there be any reason that adding a 3hp motor to my r4511 would be a bad thing? .....and please no comments like just save up and get a 3hp saw! because at $299 + the $270 for a motor im still getting a good deal!
