Pendants... a few more to look at

Lauren and I have been having a great time collaborating on and experimenting with pendants.

We're scheduled to do a demonstration/workshop for the October 7 Hudson Valley Woodturners club meeting.

These photos show some kingwood, marblewood, and padauk.

I especially like some of the mixed media version... wood with crystals, beads, etc.

Very creative use of your turnings to make body adornments. It must take a practiced eye to choose the prominent features of the material to showcase the finished piece.

Alan, what an assortment!!! Some of those are bound to be great hits among the ladies - really some nice work. The last pic would be my favorite. I prefer the more simple ones, but then, I ain't the one wearing 'em!!:)
