I take it that is the 'new' model? The old one had breakage problems.

That is pretty sharp turning there!

Thanks guys......I dunno if this is the new model from them. To be honest Im not that crazy about the quality of the hardware. The orange peel finish inside the scoop does not match the outside and the material is much thinner versus the Rockler kit. Kits are about the same price.....

It looks good. I did one a few weeks ago and a second one today from Rockler. Dose the metal tenon/tang on the scoop goo all the way through the handle to fit the other end hardware? The Rockler units did not have the end cap hrdwr and only had a 1-1/2 tang that you epoxied into the handle. You can see one of them here. http://www.sawmillcreek.org/showthread.php?t=145674

Hey James,
Yeah I have used them both. The PSI kit does NOT go all the way thru, and so on both kits I tapped them and used threaded rod in addition to the epoxy. I like the Rockler kits much better, just seem better quality. Check out Rocklers pizza cutter kits......Thing is a monster and heavy duty. Cost for those is like $18 for the hardware.

That new pizza cutter looks mid-evil. If that can't cut a pizza, nothing can.
