Quickest way to get a screen grab in pretty much any version of Windows is Alt-PrntScrn. (Hold down Alt key then hit PrintScreen key.) This puts the entire open window on the clipboard. Paste the image into about any program (Word, Corel, Paint, etc.) Lot of utilities out there and Vista/Win7 have the Snipping Tool.

I am still lost, but it is a little better than VISTA.
