Today at the flea market I passed up a $7 Disston because I have enough full size saws($7 is rather high for me anyhow). However I'm still thinking about it, and hoping you fine folks could ID it from my description, and tell me if its worth something.

All screws were smaller matching medallions with the circled keystone. Judging from the Disstonian Institute they were 1917 or later. One thing struck me odd, the bottom medallion seemed oddly close the the bottom of the grip, so I'm not positive they're original.

Four medallions, all in a curve along the front edge of handle.

I believe blade was a narrow pattern.

The part of the blade coming from the bottom of the handle was not rounded at all, it came out straight, angled forward, then reached the cutting edge. I could not see a TPI number.

Sounds like a frankensaw with medallions from other saws all over the place. Offer $2 and clean it off. There's the No. 99, but this doesn't seem like it.
