Can anyone recommend a supplier of nice ribbon for alder ornaments. Anything that I find at craft stores only comes in short rolls.
Thanks,
Tony

Try a fabric store.

I have had great success at craft stores, especially the ones sending coupons in the mail and also having end of season markdows. You can easily get 33ft of ribbon for a buck or less. Just get a bunch of spools. Most ornaments only need a foot of ribbon. Check Big Lots or an older Walmart that still has a sewing section.

You can peruse ribbons online (http://webglider.com/link/?id=p) and compare prices. Can often find a great deal for various styles in a bulk lot for experimenting with.

http://www.clearbags.com/accessories/organza-ribbon they have organza ribbon and
http://www.uline.com/Grp_199/Gift-Wrap-And-Supplies?pricode=wj384&gclid=CJqFwJfpp6MCFQUUswodWF-L5A has organza and grosgrain. I have been to market and there are other companies that offers wholesale ribbon, but I don't have any other names for you.

I agree with the ribbon offered locally. It's cheap and you can get multiple rolls whenever you need it. You need new colors, you just go down and pick up a few new ones. - But try those places, they offer in bulk.

Happy Hunting!
