Noticed in another thread that Grizzly now offers a low cost digital readout.
Anyone have experience with this brand unit?
They offer many sizes but don't see a 52" for table-saws. Now that would be sweet.

At 6" travel, that read out may be for the spindle movement of a vertical milling machine.

Grizzly doesn't seem to have a 52". Digital readouts aren't that uncommon. All you need is the reader and a special metal strip. I'm sure there are other sources, it will be significantly more expensive than for that 6" model.

How about a 48" capacity DRO for $90:

He offers, 12, 24 & 48" - all for the same $90. I bought a 12" and 48" for one of my large mills - cost me about $195 shipped (+ in state sales tax, unfortunately).

Wow, Dave, that's a slick little unit.
That might just work out well on my new wide belt sander...Thanks for pointing that out.
