Often when I am in town on days when the ReStore is open I will pay them a visit and see what they might have of interest.
Today I found a Stanley #102 and a Hudson Forge Co. #6 auger bit.
157571
Both came to $3.51 with tax.
Another Creeker was asking about a 3/8" auger. If this one cleans up and they still want one, then it will be theirs. Otherwise, my set can always use another spare.
For those who may not know, the ReStore is the retail outlet of Habitat For Humanity. They get things donated to them. A good place to find tools, all different kinds of building materials and even some furniture.
