tap handle sample

Had a customer trying to figure out how to make these tap handles. his customer was thinking of using aluminum say 1/4" thick and engraving the name and folding it at 60 degrees to get a long angled lever. I was thinking the drawing was ugly and it would not be practial to handle the thing. Plus it would be a real pain to cut the soft aluminum. so here is an idea I was playing with. using a dibond inlay and a bamboo handle.
