I just tried to go to Vinces' web site and it can't be found. Does he have a new web site or is this one just down for some reason? Thanks for any help.

He is having some computer/website work done. I called and placed an order with him Thursday night. He said it would be down for a few days.

Does anyone have his phone number? The site appears to be down again today.
Thanks,

I spoke with Vince this morning. He said the site should be back up tomorrow morning.

I was wondering the same thing about Don Pencil.

I recently bought one of his starter kits (blue paper) and maybe i'm doing something wrong, but i had some problems keeping the paper affixed to the velcro when power sanding the inside of bowls(lathe spinning) also i've noticed that the hook portion of the velcro is pulling out of the pad...

anyone else have these troubles with this product? I assume it's something i'm doing wrong, so what is it that i'm doing wrong to cause this?

I will add that other than the troubles i'm having, it's waaaay better than hand sanding, one of the most effective turning tools i've purchased.

building to much heat back off the pressure and the problems will quit unless you are spinnig the piece to fast I never power sand anymore faster than 200 rpms anyway I had the sme problems I backed off the pressure and speed and no more problems

cool, i knew it was something that I was doing wrong. and that makes sense, i was sanding well over 200 RPMs.
