Alumacore Cutting

I am being offered a job cutting Alumacore and .25 PVC for real estate signs.

I have not worked with these products before - Any special bits and feeds/speeds required with either of these products?

Any assistance appreciated.

Yes, both products do. Just watch out for the static generated causing the chips/dust to stick on everything.
